This is for you if you’ve been dabbling, paddling, ‘trying’ things and don’t feel like you are living life in alignment, to your values or doing anything that truly lifts your soul. Feeling more Mavericky than the ‘normal’ ‘work/retire/die’ model allows?
I am a coach and mentor, performer and artist, maverick and innovator! I was a nurse in my ‘proper’ career and suffered burnout starting 20 years ago. I came across a book on Life Coaching, plus other books like ‘Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway’ and ‘The Road Less Travelled’ which opened my eyes to a new way to live. I left my ward sister’s job in 2000 and spent time healing and travelling, then went to performing arts college at 34 with 19 year olds, then trained as a life coach.
I now work as a mentor for midlife mavericks and help creative, entrepreneurial people over 40 to discover who they are, an create a life and income around the ‘real them’ with my Dive In To Life programme, my Magnificent Midlife Mavericks guide and group, and my intensive 1:1 coaching.
I live by the beach in Bournemouth and live a free-flow life inspiring others to live the way they really want to.

DIVE IN TO LIFE IS A 4-WEEK PROGRAM TO HELP YOU TO FALL IN LOVE WITH YOU AND YOUR LIFE!
DIVE In To Life
Week 1 – Discovering You – Who are you under all your labels, beliefs, fears? Create a Map of Meincluding your skills, passions, experiences, jobs, businesses, likes, dislikes, and begin to see your incredible uniqueness and value. No-one else in the whole universe can do what you can do they way you do it. Think about that. You HAVE to do your thing your way, it’s why you are here.
Week 2 – Investigate what all the information you have collected means. How do you put it together to make a life you love? What do you need in life to feel in alignment and to live life to the full? Ideas for living an aligned life, adding in activities you used to love, and moving towards a life you feel joyful about.
Week 3 – Vision. This week we will put all the parts together and co-create the vision you want to live. The balance of work, life, income, fun, creativity, freedom, spirit, family and all the other aspects you need in an aligned life. We will look at how you want to earn money – job v business, or expand the vision of what is possible around what you already do.
Week 4 – Expanding Energetically – Removing fears and doubts, taking action every day to build alignment, a tribe, support locally, a community, improved health and more. Getting the momentum building so that you can carry on at the end of the 4 week period on your own.
